Het Karoly Hotel ligt in Miskolc, de zetel van de provincie Borsod - Abauj - Zemplen, op 55 Jozsef Attila Street. De locatie is zeer welvarend, want het ligt op slechts vijf minuten van de afrit van de snelweg M30 en het centrum.
