Het Courtyard by Marriott is ideaal gelegen op het voorplein van het stadhuis, ontworpen door de beroemde architecten Jean Nouvel en François Fontès, en maakt deel uit van het economische en strategische centrum van Montpellier. Rondom een patio bevindt het hotel zich in het hart van een groene omgeving aan de Lez. Het hotel is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de auto en ligt op 10 minuten van het historische en culturele stadscentrum met de tram en ook bereikbaar vanaf belangrijke plaatsen zoals Corum, Exposition Park, Arena en de luchthaven van Montpellier. Het hotel beschikt over 123 kamers (3 designsuites), 5 vergaderzalen met uitzicht op de patio/het zwembad of het voorplein van het stadhuis.
