NH München Ost Conference Center is een 4-sterrenhotel dat gunstig is gelegen dicht bij het beursterrein en het bedrijventerrein van de stad. Het is de perfecte locatie om zakelijke gasten te verwelkomen. Niet alleen op basis van de ideale locatie, maar ook vanwege het feit dat we meerdere goed uitgeruste vergaderzalen, comfortabele kamers en tal van voorzieningen bieden om te kunnen ontspannen na een drukke dag. Bovendien bent u binnen slechts 20 minuten in het centrum van München, waar u de stad kunt verkennen en meerdere gezellige restaurants en bars kunt bezoeken. De locatie is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer en met de auto. Of u nu een zakelijke bijeenkomst, een presentatie, een conferentie of een evenement wilt organiseren, al onze 10 moderne conferentieruimtes zijn uitgerust voor maximaal 550 personen en beschikken over de meest betrouwbare en moderne communicatietechnologie. Het is belangrijk voor ons om ervoor te zorgen dat alles moeiteloos en soepel werkt. Dankzij onze audiovisuele ondersteuning kun je allerlei soorten evenementen organiseren. Inclusief videoconferenties en hybride evenementen. Alle vergaderruimten zijn voorzien van veel natuurlijk daglicht. Bovendien is elke vergaderruimte voorzien van gratis Wi-Fi, airconditioning, een projector, scherm, flip-over, variabele verlichting, gordijnen en meubilair van hoge kwaliteit. Bovendien zijn alle kamers geluiddicht. Onze persoonlijke eventmanager en onze deskundige servicemanager helpen u graag met oplossingen op maat. U kunt erop vertrouwen dat ons professionele en eersteklas zakelijke team uw verzoeken voor en tijdens uw vergadering zal behandelen. Ons doel is om aan uw behoeften en wensen te voldoen. Als u een meerdaagse zakelijke bijeenkomst of evenement organiseert of als u gewoon liever overnacht, kunt u overnachten in een van onze 222 klassiek ingerichte kamers. Elke kamer biedt een comfortabel verblijf dankzij het meubilair van hoge kwaliteit. Bovendien zijn alle bedden extra groot met dikke en comfortabele binnenveringmatrassen die op maat zijn gemaakt voor de NH Hotel Group. Met verbeterde demping heb je een frisse en betere start van de dag. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van gratis WiFi, airconditioning, een minibar, een flatscreen-tv, een haardroger, toiletartikelen en een kluisje. Elke ochtend kunt u genieten van ons vers bereide ontbijtbuffet met een grote verscheidenheid aan verse vruchtensappen, gebak, vleeswaren, kaas, fruit, yoghurt, brood en nog veel meer. Als u heel vroeg wakker moet worden, bieden wij een early bird-ontbijt aan dat bij de receptie kan worden aangevraagd. Overdag kunt u genieten van een smaakvolle lunch in het restaurant van het hotel. 's Avonds ben je meer dan welkom om te komen eten. We serveren internationale en lokale maaltijden, waaronder vegetarische opties. 's Avonds kunt u ontspannen in de bar van het hotel, waar we heerlijke drankjes en lichte snacks serveren. Als u liever in uw hotelkamer verblijft, kunt u onze roomservice aanvragen. Als het zomer is, openen we onze 2 buitenterrassen. Je kunt genieten van een drankje of een hapje terwijl je geniet van het zonnige weer. Beide terrassen zijn ook geschikt voor het organiseren van groepen of barbecues. Als u wilt sporten, kunt u terecht in onze fitnessruimte die 24 uur per dag geopend is. Het bevat een grote verscheidenheid aan gewichten en cardio-apparaten. Je kunt ook een fiets huren.
