Hotel Azat ligt op korte afstand van Kokusaidori, het hart van de stad Naha in Okinawa. Het is 30 seconden lopen naar station Asato. Het hotel kijkt uit over de rivier de Asato en ligt naast de wijk Sakae. Na de oorlog bloeide Sakae als markt- en winkelgebied. Asato is onlangs een populaire ontmoetingsplaats geworden voor jonge mensen, met behoud van het oude stadsbeeld en de cultuur. Een promenade langs de Asato-rivier werd herontwikkeld rond het gebied van Kokusaidori, en de rivier ontpopt zich opnieuw als een oase in de stad. Hotel Azat staat op het kruispunt van vele waarden en culturen. We willen dat onze gasten de hedendaagse Okinawaanse levensstijl in dit kleine gebied ervaren. Hotel Azat wil de toekomst van Okinawa ondersteunen, niet alleen als hotel, maar ook als platform dat ruimte biedt voor uitwisseling tussen bewoners en toeristen.
