Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. Our company was founded in 2008 by Alana Hoye Barnaba. Originally from upstate New York, Alana moved to New York City and immediately began her love affair with its food, history, and culture. For years before creating her company, Alana tried every type of food the city had to offer and began specializing in the tastes of ethnic neighborhoods. Some of her first experiences with the city’s culinary adventures were fresh dumplings and homemade mozzarella — foods included on the signature tour today. Depending on the size of the meeting, one lead technician will be assigned to manage the event. They are also able to utilize their trouble shooting skills prior to the event or on the fly, during an emergency. Communication We understand meetings do not always take place from 9am-5pm, we have you covered. We make ourselves available 24/7 for any changes or concerns you may have or last minute updates.
