Annuleringsbeleid

Als de KLANT een evenement annuleert dat onder deze OVEREENKOMST valt, stemt de KLANT ermee in de MANAGER de volgende bedragen te betalen als schadevergoeding en niet als boete, en de partijen zijn het erover eens dat dergelijke bedragen een redelijke voorziening vormen voor een geliquideerde schadevergoeding: Als de KLANT meer dan drie (3) maanden voor de eerste verhuisdag van het Evenement annuleert, wordt de eerste aanbetaling (meestal ½ van de huursom) zoals weergegeven in deze OVEREENKOMST door de MANAGER ingehouden als schadevergoeding binnen tien (10) dagen na de factuur. Als de KLANT minder dan drie (3) maanden voor de eerste verhuisdag van het Evenement annuleert, is de volledige basishuur zoals weergegeven in deze OVEREENKOMST binnen tien (10) dagen na de factuur aan de MANAGER verschuldigd als een vaste schadevergoeding. In het geval van een annulering door de KLANT, ongeacht de kennisgeving, krijgt MANAGER alle kosten die de MANAGER namens de KLANT heeft gedaan, vergoed, naast de hierboven vermelde schadevergoeding. Annulering van de OVEREENKOMST als gevolg van onvoorziene gebeurtenissen, zoals terroristische daden die reizen verhinderen of aanzienlijk beperken; een daad van overmacht, met inbegrip van nationale rampen; of elke andere handeling of slachtoffer die doorgaans wordt beschouwd als een geval van overmacht, zal ertoe leiden dat geen van beide partijen schadevergoeding verschuldigd is.
