Lotte New York Palace ligt in het hart van Midtown Manhattan aan 50th Street en Madison Avenue, op korte loopafstand van het Rockefeller Center, de Broadway-theaters van New York, Central Park en het financiële district van Midtown. Het historische Villard-herenhuis uit 1882 en de wereldberoemde binnenplaats bevatten motieven van verschillende 15e-eeuwse Italiaanse kathedralen en dienen als toegangspoort tot een moderne toren van 55 verdiepingen.
