Mint House at 70 Pine is gevestigd in een art deco-monument in het hart van het financiële district en biedt ongeëvenaarde ruimte en modern design in The City That Never Sleeps. Met suites die drie keer zo groot zijn als traditionele hotelkamers in New York, biedt het hotel gasten een one-stop-shop in Lower Manhattan, compleet met restaurant Crown Shy met een Michelin-ster, de wereldwijd erkende rooftopbar Overstory, een coffeeshop in Australische stijl, een gastronomische kruidenier en een ultramodern fitnesscentrum. In de suite hebben gasten zorgvuldig ontworpen kitchenettes of volledig uitgeruste keukens en unieke voorzieningen, zoals artisanale koffie van Black Fox, platenspelers met een selectie van geselecteerde vinylplaten, op maat ontworpen meubels en accenten, smart-tv's en een boodschappenvoorraad voor hun verblijf.
