De dynamische heropleving van het centrum van Manhattan wordt voortgezet met de komst van The FIDI Hotel, een boetiekoase met 131 kamers aan de veelgeprezen Stone Street in het financiële district. Met een modern ontwerp van het in New York gevestigde bedrijf Kroesser + Strat Design, heeft dit 31 verdiepingen tellende baken een levendige, veelkleurige op Piet Mondriaan geïnspireerde glazen gevel met een mix van industriële en rauwe elementen met luxe accenten aan de binnenkant.
