De Fitzpatrick Grand Central bevindt zich in New York. Speciale, afgesloten gedeelten kunnen worden gereserveerd voor groepen vanaf 25 gasten, met accommodaties voor grotere evenementen van maximaal 100 gasten. Deze buitenruimte van 2200 vierkante meter is voorzien van een volledig uitschuifbare luifel en gasverwarmers, zodat u er bij alle weersomstandigheden comfortabel van kunt genieten, behalve in de meest extreme weersomstandigheden. Ideaal voor cocktailrecepties, maar ook voor ontbijt-, lunch-, diner- of brunchevenementen, de Patio is een flexibele locatie die geschikt is voor een breed scala aan bijeenkomsten.
