Het Roxy Hotel is gevestigd in een driehoekig gebouw van rode baksteen dat de voorkeur geeft aan strakke klassieke lijnen met opvallende kleuraccenten. De kenmerkende gietijzeren details zijn geïnspireerd op de industriële materialen die overal in Tribeca voorkomen, en de stralende partytent in art-decostijl doet denken aan de liefde van de stad voor entertainment. Aan de voorkant is de iconische gietijzeren klok een knipoog naar de torenhoge uurwerken van rond de eeuwwisseling die overal in New York zijn verspreid. Binnen is het gevoel rustig met een vleugje Regency en Art Deco. Het centrale atrium van 10.000 vierkante meter biedt een dramatische gewelfde kern die doet denken aan grote kathedralen en Hitchcockiaanse gebouwen uit het midden van de 20e eeuw, zoals het oude Penn Station of het Singer Building. Met een hoogte van acht verdiepingen kijkt elke verdieping van de kamers altijd recht in het hart van de ruimte. Daarbinnen vormt de Roxy Bar and Lounge de perfecte achtergrond voor ontspannen drankjes en late cocktailbijeenkomsten voor zowel gasten als inwoners van New York.
