De bovenverdieping bevindt zich op 145 East 50th Street in New York. Onze prachtige lounge op penthouse-niveau bevindt zich 30 verdiepingen hoog bovenop het Kimberly Hotel in Midtown Manhattan. De nieuwe locatie van 3000 vierkante meter beschikt over drie afzonderlijke binnen- en buitensferen, een prachtig interieurontwerp, uitschuifbare glazen plafonds en muren, sfeervolle verwarmde vloeren en een adembenemend uitzicht op het iconische Chrysler Building. Zorgvuldig ontworpen om net zo elegant en uitnodigend te zijn in de wintermaanden als zonnig en verfijnd in het zomerseizoen. De bovenverdieping biedt een ongeëvenaard uitzicht op het iconische Chrysler-gebouw en biedt plaats aan maximaal 200 gasten. Onze privémedialounge is perfect voor kleinere gelegenheden van 40 gasten of minder en is uitgerust met ultramoderne audio/visuele media, een eigen bar en grote ramen met uitzicht op het noorden en oosten.

Threes Brewing Governors Island is an open-air private event space on Liggett Terrace at 517 Clayton Road, Governors Island, New York — 5,000 sq ft of tree-lined outdoor event space with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline, open May through October.
Standard capacity is 80 seated or 500 standing, with configurations for 1,000+ guests available on request — the largest event footprint in our portfolio by a wide margin.
