Dit nationale historische monument, oorspronkelijk de Bowery Savings Bank, werd ontworpen door Stanford White en gebouwd in 1893. Het interieur van Capitale is voorzien van hoge Korinthische zuilen, een prachtig versierd gewelfd plafond en een kunstglazen dakraam, waardoor de balzaal van de Capitale een van de geweldige evenementenruimtes van New York is. Capitale beschikt over drie privékamers: twee op de bovenste verdieping, elk 2000 vierkante meter en meer dan 70 zitplaatsen, en één executive kamer op de benedenverdieping met 30 zitplaatsen. De Grand Ballroom heeft een oppervlakte van 16.000 vierkante meter en de prefunctionele Grand Foyer is 5.000 vierkante meter aan ruimte. Capitale biedt plaats aan 750 gasten voor een zittend diner of 1200 gasten voor een wandelende receptie. Capitale beschikt over twee privékamers op de bovenste verdieping, in totaal 2.000 vierkante meter aan ruimte.
