Hi! I’m Estelle Tracy, a chocolate sommelier with a French accent and the founder of 37 Chocolates, a chocolate education company. I’ve hosted hundreds of tastings worldwide, both in-person and online, for teams and clients who want something fun, inclusive, and memorable. From wine, beer, and tea pairings to blind tastings and global chocolate journeys, I bring people together through chocolate. My clients include Google, Deloitte, and EY, and I’m a regular speaker at major industry events like the DC Chocolate Festival, the PA Chocolate & Coffee Festival, and the Retail Confectioners Association. Important Things To Know: Due to the custom nature of the vehicles: Weight limit is 250 pounds per person, weight limit for 2 people in the same vehicle is 400 pounds (no exceptions). No prior experience is needed. Guests will receive training operating the mini-car and driving rules for the road. Each vehicle seats 2 people. All drivers must be 21 or over with a valid drivers license (international drivers license accepted). All passengers must be 6 years or older. If both people are 21 with a valid drivers license they can switch driving anytime. Maximum height is 6’3” when riding with a passenger. Price per reservation is for 2 people in the same vehicle. We will provide helmets.
