Deze ruimte heeft een onderling verbonden privébar in de tuin, waardoor het een ideale ruimte is voor entertainment of trainingsevenementen waarbij de Yard bar als syndicaatruimte wordt gebruikt. De Bridewell suite beschikt over natuurlijk daglicht en biedt een lichte ruimte voor vergaderingen en evenementen. Een ruime suite op het zuidoosten. De Hungate-suite is een lichte en luchtige ruimte met natuurlijk daglicht, airconditioning en een geïntegreerd presentatiesysteem. The Snug - geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen is dit een ideale ruimte voor een intiem diner of voor individuele bijeenkomsten. De ruimtes zijn ingericht met eikenhouten lambrisering en originele open haard en zijn karaktervol.
