Duegaarden is een verbouwde woning en is een ideaal congrescentrum, cursussen en vergaderingen. Het is gelegen op North Mors in een beschermd natuurgebied. Ideaal voor cursussen/conferenties voor personeelsgroepen, therapie en andere op persoonlijke ontwikkeling gerichte thema's en feesten (tot 58 overnachtingen op feestjes waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van de extra matrassen). De verlichting in de zalen is geschikt voor zowel werk als feest. De muren zijn versierd met sfeerbeelden van bijzondere fotokunstenaar Kirsten Klein.
