De huururen voor recepties zijn zeer specifiek en bedragen slechts 4 uur. The Gardens heeft back-to-back evenementen gepland en het personeel heeft tijd nodig om alles in orde te maken en zich voor elk evenement klaar te maken. In uw contract staan de huururen vermeld en deze kunnen niet afwijken van die uren.

Annuleringsbeleid

Annuleringen en datumwijzigingen moeten schriftelijk worden aangevraagd.
