Het Zábřeh Chateau Hotel ligt in een rustig deel van Ostrava en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het stadscentrum ligt op 3 km afstand en is snel te bereiken met openbaar of eigen vervoer. Vlakbij het hotel bevindt zich de bekende sporthal en concertzaal ČEZ Arena.
