Annuleringsbeleid

Annulering Indien Group de overeenkomst annuleert, zal Group Hotel hiervan schriftelijk op de hoogte stellen, vergezeld van (behalve in geval van overmacht) door betaling van de hieronder vermelde bedragen: Vanaf de datum van de overeenkomst tot 31 dagen voor de aankomstdatum; 25% van het totaal van het vermelde bedrag. Vanaf 30 dagen of minder voor de aankomstdatum; 100% van het totaal van het vermelde bedrag. Annuleringskosten zijn onderhevig aan toepasselijke nationale en lokale belastingen. De partijen zijn het erover eens dat de bedragen die zijn opgenomen in deze annuleringsclausule een redelijke schatting zijn van de verliezen die het Hotel zou lijden, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met het vermogen van het Hotel om de verliezen door wederverkoop te beperken. Annuleringskosten moeten uiterlijk 30 dagen na schriftelijke kennisgeving van annulering zijn ontvangen.
