Gelegen aan de kust met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Palamós en op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het stadscentrum, opende het honderdjarige Hotel Trias Hotel Trias zijn deuren in juni 2005 na een complete renovatie. Enkele bekende persoonlijkheden zoals Truman Capote en Ava Gardner verbleven in het hotel en daarom noemen sommigen het „The Hotel of the Stars”. De bevoorrechte locatie maakt het tot een opvallend uitzicht op zee. Het hotel beschikt over 80 tweepersoonskamers en 2 junior suites, allemaal met badkamer (douche), televisie, telefoon, gratis ADSL-GRATIS WIFI, kluisjes, verwarming en airconditioning. Voor evenementen en vergaderingen, het plannen van een bedrijfsstrategie in een vergaderruimte, het houden van een cocktail, het ontvangen van kennissen of het voorbereiden van een groot feest, in Fork & Pillow worden alle evenementen en vergaderingen uniek en onvergetelijk.
