Cuistot Restaurant bevindt zich op 72-595 El Paseo. Als je een bloeiend restaurant hebt dat algemeen wordt beschouwd als een van de beste, misschien zelfs wel het beste in de woestijn, waarom zou je dan in hemelsnaam willen verhuizen? De ruime eetruimtes zijn verdeeld in vier grote kamers en bieden plaats aan maximaal 290 gasten, waaronder 80 op het verwarmde buitenterras. Voor privéfeesten is er een comfortabele wijnkamer met plaats voor maximaal 40 personen. De grootste eetkamer is voorzien van een gigantische open haard die doet denken aan die in het ouderlijk huis van Dervieux in de buurt van Lyon, Frankrijk.
