Kamerprijsindicatie zonder ontbijt en zonder stadsbelasting (11,38€/persoon/nacht). Een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet is beschikbaar tegen het openbare tarief van 35€ per persoon. De toeslag voor dubbele bezetting voor groepen is 20€/persoon (voorkeurstarief voor groepen)

Annuleringsbeleid

ANNULERING Aangezien de facturering wordt uitgevoerd op basis van de bestelde diensten op basis van het volledige verblijf, wordt de klant verzocht bijzondere aandacht te schenken aan de annuleringsvoorwaarden die hierna worden uiteengezet. Annuleringen, van de gehele of een deel van de initiële reservering, moeten schriftelijk naar het hotel worden gestuurd. VOLLEDIGE ANNULERING Het wijzigen van de datum van het evenement wordt beschouwd als een volledige annulering en zorgt ervoor dat de annuleringsvoorwaarden van toepassing zijn. In geval van volledige annulering van het contract door de klant, wat niet gerechtvaardigd is omdat het hotel zijn verplichtingen niet nakomt, worden annuleringskosten in rekening gebracht, die als volgt worden berekend: - indien het annuleringsbericht meer dan 30 dagen vóór de eerste dag van het evenement is ontvangen, zal het etablissement de betaalde aanbetalingen als compensatie houden. - indien het annuleringsbericht minder dan 29 dagen vóór de eerste dag van het evenement wordt ontvangen, zal de Klant het saldo van de kosten van de dienst betalen zoals uiteengezet in de schatting. GEDEELTELIJKE ANNULERING Conferenties en banketten: Gedeeltelijke annulering betekent een vermindering van het geschatte bedrag om welke reden dan ook: verkorting van de duur van het evenement en/of de bestelde diensten. In geval van gedeeltelijke annulering van het contract door de klant, wat niet gerechtvaardigd is omdat het hotel zijn verplichtingen niet nakomt, worden annuleringskosten gefactureerd en berekend op basis van de datum waarop het annuleringsbericht is ontvangen: - Tussen 60 dagen en 16 dagen voor de aankomstdatum: Factuur tot 50% van het geannuleerde bedrag - Tussen 15 dagen en 8 dagen voor de aankomstdatum: Factuur tot 80% van het geannuleerde bedrag - Minder dan 7 dagen voor de aankomstdatum: volledige factuur 100% van het geannuleerde bedrag ANNULERINGSKOSTEN VOOR KAMERS De annuleringskosten zijn afhankelijk van het tijdstip en het aantal geannuleerde kamerovernachtingen. Voor annuleringen van minder dan 10% van de kamerovernachtingen worden geen kosten in rekening gebracht indien deze meer dan 14 dagen voor aankomst worden gemaakt, maar annuleringen binnen 14 dagen brengen 100% kosten met zich mee. Voor annuleringen van meer dan 10% van de kamerovernachtingen geldt een toeslag van 30% bij annulering tussen 90 en 60 dagen voor aankomst, en een toeslag van 100% bij annulering tussen 59 en 30 dagen, tussen 29 en 14 dagen, of minder dan 14 dagen voor aankomst.

Onze 4 vergaderzalen zijn in augustus 2023 gerenoveerd, ze zijn allemaal moduleerbaar. De maximale capaciteit is 80 deelnemers in theaterstijl of 120 personen in cocktailstijl.
