Alle kamers zijn verschillend van opzet. De units zijn allemaal individueel eigendom. Minimumvereisten zijn 1 kingsize bed, 2 tweepersoonsbedden of 2 queensize bedden met minikoelkast, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. Vier (4) verschillende gebouwen. 1 - Torenhoogbouw met lift, alle kamers aan de oceaan met een eigen balkon. 2 - De herberg is een herberg met twee verdiepingen met eenheden aan de oceaan met afgeschermde veranda's en eenheden aan het zwembad, sommige met uitloopschuifdeuren. 3 - De lodge is het meest economische gebouw met drie verdiepingen, geen lift. De kamers zijn in Lodge-stijl met uitzicht op de woonwijk. 4 - Villa's Deze units hebben 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers met complete keukens en woonruimtes. Deze kamers hebben geen korting en vereisen doorgaans een minimum van drie nachten. Ter plaatse hebben we twee zwembaden, waaronder de Kiddie Pool, twee restaurants (Cabana Cafe & Beach Bar op het zwembaddek en Ocean One, onze uitstekende eetgelegenheid). De restaurants kunnen per seizoen geopend zijn. We bieden dagelijks een continentaal ontbijt aan. Restaurants, winkels, attracties, historische locaties, Brookgreen Gardens, uitgaansgelegenheden en meer in de buurt.
