Evenementsverzekering kan vereist zijn.

Annuleringsbeleid

Alle banketarrangementen moeten ten minste 20 dagen van tevoren worden afgerond met een voorlopige personeelsbezetting voor de functie. Je uiteindelijke personeelsbestand moet 14 dagen voor je evenement zijn; dit wordt gebruikt als je garantie. Alle functies die binnen 48 uur na de gegarandeerde datum worden geannuleerd, worden volledig in rekening gebracht. Alle verkopen van eten, bepaald op basis van het aantal gasten, die 3 dagen voor het evenement moeten worden ontvangen, zijn definitief. Een toename van het aantal gasten, waardoor er extra eten wordt gekocht, is de enige bepaling waarbij het totaal van het evenement kan worden gewijzigd. Het resterende bedrag van uw gegarandeerde personeelsbestand is verschuldigd in de vorm van een cheque of contant in overeenstemming met de „Overeenkomst” tussen Midvale Country Club en Event Host op de dag van het evenement, tenzij anders bepaald door het management.
