Over ons

Sinds de opening in mei 1958 trekken de warme en vriendelijke privéclub-achtige sfeer en het klassieke menu van het Dal Rae nog steeds trouwe klanten aan. In november 1999 heeft een renovatie de retrolook van het restaurant nieuw leven ingeblazen, ultramoderne communicatie- en multimediafaciliteiten toegevoegd aan de privé-eetzaal en zijn er twee patio's toegevoegd. Het biedt banket- en vergaderfaciliteiten voor privéfeesten van 25 tot 150 personen. Naast een breed scala aan menu- en barkeuzes, met live entertainment en ultramoderne communicatie- en multimedia-apparatuur voor zowel zakelijke als sociale evenementen.

Our first restaurant in Orange County is located in the heart of Irvine Spectrum Center, a premier shopping, dining and lifestyle destination in Southern California. Upon entering the restaurant, guests have a panoramic view of the dining room featuring an open kitchen window to showcase our gaucho chefs at the churrasqueria grill. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture.
