Het Omni Richmond Hotel is onlangs gerenoveerd in 2018 en is in 2017 bekroond met het Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence Jennifer Gavin, directeur van UNOS Meeting Partners, heeft onlangs deze getuigenis geplaatst- We hebben onlangs een grote bestuursvergadering gehouden in de Richmond Omni. Het hotel is gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels in een prachtig historisch deel van Richmond en op slechts 10 minuten van de luchthaven. De onlangs gerenoveerde kamers zijn mooi en ruim en kregen zeer hoge beoordelingen van onze bezoekers. Iedereen ging tot het uiterste om te zorgen voor een uitstekende conferentie-ervaring. Michele in Sales is fenomenaal; vond de reactie en snelheid geweldig. Charlene van Convention Services was absoluut ongelooflijk; altijd beschikbaar, betrokken en responsief. Het banketeten was geweldig; zeer creatieve menu's binnen ons budget en goed uitgevoerd. Al het personeel was geweldig; iedereen die onze groep aanraakte was vriendelijk en meegaand. Ik raad dit hotel ten zeerste aan, want we zullen het blijven gebruiken voor onze toekomstige bijeenkomsten in Richmond. Gecertificeerd groen hotel van de staat Virginia.
