NH Collection Prague Carlo IV hotel biedt uitstekende faciliteiten voor conferenties, zakelijke bijeenkomsten, zakelijke en sociale evenementen. Onze elegante conferentie- en vergaderfaciliteiten hebben een onafhankelijke ingang om privacy en exclusiviteit te garanderen. De prachtige conferentieruimte leidt naar de ruime interne foyer met een registratieruimte en is ideaal om te ontspannen en op te frissen tijdens vergaderpauzes. De unieke, met licht doordrenkte foyer is volledig bedekt met glas en de muren zijn ingericht met een natuurlijke uitstraling. Het hotel beschikt over een conferentiecentrum met 6 vergaderzalen van verschillende grootte op de begane grond. Elke kamer is gewijd aan een klassieke opera — Aida, Tosca, Turandot, Traviata, Carmen, Juliette — als eerbetoon aan Praag, de prachtige stad van kunst en cultuur. Aida is de grootste conferentieruimte, erg handig voor elk soort evenement, met een capaciteit voor maximaal 220 gasten. De middelgrote Tosca en de natuurlijk verlichte Carmen bieden plaats aan meer dan 100 gasten en grenzen aan de kleinere kamers Turandot, Traviata en Juliette die een mooie sfeer bieden met veel natuurlijk licht. De eerste verdieping biedt een multifunctionele zaal Ballroom Opera die verbonden is met New York Cafe en restaurant Salon, evenals een prachtige historische lobby en een unieke Vault-bar. Alle kamers hebben audio-video-installaties van de volgende generatie. Elke vergadering heeft een toegewijde vergaderprofessional die u bij elke stap helpt om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt en om eventuele vragen te beantwoorden.
