Ribes's Valley ligt in het noordwesten van Ripolles en omvat de steden Campelles, Planoles, Pardines, Queralbs, Toses en Ribes Freser, de economische hoofdstad van de vallei. De keuken is rijk aan ambachtelijke producten zoals de honing, het vlees, de zuivelproducten, de „daines”, de kwark, de worstjes en het vlees van de streek. De eigenaardigheid van de vallei heeft een cultuur en tradities en de gebruiken van de bergen in stand gehouden.
