Aiterbach Seminar & Freizeit heeft een huis met een groot park, dat tegenwoordig een van de mooiste landgoederen aan de Chiemsee is, ooit de zomerresidentie was van de familie Zumbusch-Riemerschmid - een beroemde architect- en kunstenaarsfamilie uit München.
