Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

The Brooklyn Comedy Collective is a comedy theater and school in Brooklyn with a mission to produce irreverent, fearless shows from a wide range of voices and inspire students to approach performance from a place of joy and fierceness. From year-round comedy classes to workshops for businesses large and small to improv festivals and live comedy produced Tues-Sundays nights in East Williamsburg, we celebrate anyone who wants to let their freak flag fly. We offer a wide array of classes in improv, sketch, and stand-up and more - available year-round at our fabulous training centers in North Brooklyn - The Dog House (137 Montrose Ave, Brooklyn) & The Pig Pen (144 Boerum St, Brooklyn). Just a 1 minute walk away, we produce shows Tuesday-Sunday at our two-floor, kick-ass theater called Eris (167 Graham Ave, Brooklyn). We offer private shows and team-building improv workshops teaching the skills of improvisation to businesses and orgs of all size, including Fortune 500 companies, at our space our yours.

Maure (pronounced More) was born out of our love of travel and the thrill of the hunt when it comes to finding the perfect gift. Founded by New York City-based celebrity chef Maureen Cavalieri, her passion for creating unforgettable experiences through food, presentation, and gifting is coming to life in a whole new way with Maure. Inspired by their adventures around the world, the Maure team has partnered with local artisans across the globe and in their own backyard to assemble a collection of the most sublime curiosities. Many are handmade and exclusive to Maure and cannot be found anywhere else. Thoughtfully curated into an array of gift boxes, we promise the recipient will be delighted. Sustainability and ethical employment practices are at the core of our ethos. We believe that all humans deserve to receive a living wage and be treated with respect and kindness. We have gone to great lengths to find the most sustainable partners and practices, from an artist who upcycles her clay to create gorgeous handmade vases to the zero waste wine totes.
