Het hotel biedt 5.000 vierkante meter aan vergaderruimte. Ons conferentiecentrum van 1.575 vierkante meter biedt plaats aan maximaal 150 bezoekers in theaterstijl en 100 deelnemers voor een banket. Het conferentiecentrum is opgedeeld in drie afzonderlijke vergaderruimten. Voor een besloten vergadering biedt onze verbeterde Executive Boardroom een flatscreen-tv met een vergadertafel met een vaste internetverbinding en voorzien van pluche lederen directiestoelen. De Chicago Marriott Suites O'Hare is perfect voor privacy tijdens het afnemen van interviews en beschikt over 14 interviewsuites met een aparte woonkamer met een tafel voor zes personen. Onze vier conferentiesuites hebben een apart woongedeelte, waardoor het mogelijk is om informele vergaderingen te houden en zaken te doen in uw gastensuite. Alle vergaderruimten en suites beschikken over bekabelde of draadloze internettoegang, evenals andere openbare ruimtes.
