Het gloednieuwe Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento, gelegen naast het Golden 1 Center, is het nieuwste luxe full-service hotel in het centrum van Sacramento. De 172 kamers en suites zijn voorzien van een chique, moderne inrichting. Unieke eetgelegenheden zijn onder andere 7th Street Standard, geopend voor ontbijt, lunch, diner en private dining, en Clayton Club, een bar op het dak waar lichte hapjes worden geserveerd en af en toe livemuziek wordt gespeeld; en een eigen feestzaal van 1.700 m² met aangrenzende foyer. Hyatt Centric, de voormalige locatie van het historische Marshall Hotel, heeft de gevel van het Marshall Hotel gerestaureerd en viert de roots van de jazzmuziek met een inspirerende inrichting in het hele hotel. Andere voorzieningen zijn een parkeerservice, huisdiervriendelijk, roomservice en het World of Hyatt Loyalty-programma.

Het Crest Theatre is een historisch theater in het centrum van Sacramento, Californië, op slechts een steenworp afstand van de hoofdstad, het Sacramento Convention Center en de nieuwe basketbalarena Sacramento Kings (Golden 1 Center). Het werd oorspronkelijk geopend in 1912 als het Empress Theatre, een vaudeville-paleis. Het werd later gebruikt als het Hippodrome-theater. Op 14 september 1946 viel de tent van de Hippodrome plotseling op de stoep beneden, waarbij een omstander omkwam. Kort na de tragedie, in 1949, werd het gebouw volledig gerenoveerd en vernieuwd tot zijn huidige vorm als art deco Crest Theatre.
