Evenementsverzekering is verplicht.

Annuleringsbeleid

Annulering Bij annulering door de klant meer dan 180 dagen voor het evenement worden administratiekosten van 25% van de vereiste aanbetaling in rekening gebracht. De aanbetaling wordt terugbetaald onder aftrek van deze vergoeding. Annulering door de klant binnen 179 dagen na een evenement zal resulteren in een verbeurdverklaring van ALLE tot nu toe betaalde kosten. Als de datum (s) kunnen worden doorverkocht, zal Midway alle betaalde kosten terugbetalen, verminderd met de administratiekosten van 25%. Midway behoudt zich het recht voor om na voorafgaande schriftelijke kennisgeving een evenement op elk moment te annuleren als de klant het vastgestelde beleid van het museum niet naleeft. Een dergelijke annulering leidt tot het vervallen van alle betaalde kosten en het evenement wordt niet opnieuw gepland.

Additional details

De avondevenementen kunnen al om 18.30 uur beginnen en eindigen om 23.00 uur. De zaalhuur op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond is gebaseerd op een aanwezigheid van 400 personen. De tarieven van zondag tot en met donderdag zijn gebaseerd op een aanwezigheid van 200 personen. Als u exclusief gebruik wilt maken van de Midway, wordt een extra vergoeding in rekening gebracht. Houd er rekening mee dat populaire datums al een jaar van tevoren worden geboekt.
