HOTEL VIA LIGT IN HET EPICENTRUM VAN HET BESTE VAN SAN FRANCISCO. South Beach in San Francisco heeft een rijke geschiedenis als industrieel gebied van scheepvaart en opslag dat als werkpaard voor de stad diende. De Giants creëerden een kans voor een nieuw tijdperk voor de buurt, die is omgetoverd tot luxe, moderne appartementen, hippe cafés en restaurants, een hypermodern nachtleven en het technologische centrum van de stad. Dit is allemaal te danken aan de typische San Francisco-geest van nieuw denken en wedergeboorte. Tegen deze opkomst van technologische vooruitgang en algehele wederopbouw probeerde Hotel VIA de durf van deze renaissance samen te vatten door van het gebied het eerste hotel te maken en een plek te creëren die het oude zou herdenken en tegelijkertijd met het nieuwe zou blijven evolueren. Met behulp van moderne materialen past het ontwerp van het gebouw esthetisch bij de historische wijk van baksteen en staal. Het minimalistische designconcept van het hotel voor de kamers is geïnspireerd op de minimalistische loftontwerpen van Tony en bepaalt tegelijkertijd de buurt voor bezoekers.
