Sinds 1927 is The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel de speeltuin van beroemdheden zoals Clark Gable, Charlie Chaplin en Marilyn Monroe. Als geboorteplaats van de Academy Awards straalt het vanaf het begin de allure en fascinatie van Tinsel Town uit. De Spaanse koloniale architectuur van Hollywood Roosevelt is in zijn oorspronkelijke grandeur hersteld. De Blossom Ballroom is teruggebracht naar zijn oorspronkelijke pracht. Met op maat gemaakte kroonluchters, originele tegel- en plafondarchitectuur, doet het detail denken aan de oorsprong van de stad in 1927. Het Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, gelegen aan 7000 Hollywood Boulevard, opende voor het eerst zijn deuren in mei 1927.
