Het herenhuis dat de kern vormt van de Tsitouras-collectie werd gebouwd in 1780 en kijkt uit op een van de meest adembenemende uitzichten ter wereld. Het Tsitouras Collection Hotel werd in 1985 gerenoveerd door de kunstverzamelaar Dimitris Tsitouras, die het ombouwde tot vijf eenheden, elk met een eigen thema en naam, die allemaal blijk gaven van zijn persoonlijke stijl en respect voor de Griekse traditie en de behoeften van moderne reizigers. In het Tsitouras Collection Hotel worden kunst en gastvrijheid op elegante wijze gecombineerd tegen de unieke achtergrond van een dramatisch landschap, waardoor de hotelgasten een gevoel van ongeëvenaarde luxe krijgen. In de vijf individueel ontworpen suites die vanaf een klif van duizend meter uitkijken op een van de meest spectaculaire uitzichten op de Middellandse Zee, worden reizigers uitgenodigd om te genieten van het warme, kenmerkende welkom van het hotel.
