Hotel Novecento is een klein charmant viersterrenhotel dat is ontstaan na de restauratie van een antiek adellijk paleis, gebouwd in de jaren 900. Hotel Novecento, een klein charmant viersterrenhotel uitgerust met zeven prachtige kamers verrijkt met moderne gemakken. Een elegant café dat direct verbonden is met de hal, met buitentafels op de Siciliaanse basole. Het biedt op elk moment van de dag een selectie van de typische Siciliaanse producten, samen met de traditionele koffiehuisservice. Restaurant '900 is een ideale plek waar u onze typische lokale producten kunt proeven, verstandig bereid door de chef. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
