You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.

De Washington Athletic Club biedt 16 vergaderzalen met meer dan 12.000 m² aan gepersonaliseerde, uitnodigende ruimte in de weelde van een privéclub. Ons deskundige team zorgt voor alles, zelfs onze eigen interne AV. Elke verdieping zal iets nieuws bevatten. Onze 109 kamers en suites bieden een luxe boetiekhotelervaring met voorzieningen variërend van gratis draadloos internet tot spa-geïnspireerde badkamers. Op zoek naar een pauzeruimte om uw gasten te verjongen? We hebben vijf verdiepingen met de meest uitgebreide sportfaciliteiten, dagelijkse lessen, evenals een full-service salon en spa om aan elke behoefte te voldoen. Uw gasten hebben niet alleen toegang tot de exclusiviteit van een privéclub, ze bevinden zich ook op loopafstand van alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden.
