Romantik Roewers Privathotel aan de aantrekkelijke Baltische Zee is een van de beroemde bezienswaardigheden in de badplaats Sellin aan de Oostzee. De villa's in fin de siècle-stijl en het zomerhuis Finja, die al meerdere generaties deel uitmaken van het familie-erfgoed, zijn prachtige voorbeelden van de Wilhelmeniaanse kuurarchitectuur en liggen direct aan de beroemde boulevard van Sellin, de Wilhelmstrasse. Alle drie de villa's - Rugia/Marina, Sella en Vineta - van de 4-sterren badplaats zijn enkele monumentale gebouwen uit de tijd van de vorige eeuw, oorspronkelijk en zorgvuldig gerestaureerd in de stijl van de oude kuurarchitectuur. Het parkachtige landgoed met meer dan 8000 vierkante meter presenteert prachtige volwassen bomen en aan de achterkant ligt het prachtige houtbos met de Sellin Spa Gardens.
