Penzion Sparing bevindt zich in Semcice. Het pension en restaurant ligt in een rustige omgeving, op 7 km van Mlada Boleslav. We bieden accommodatie, eetgelegenheden, waaronder privé- en zakelijke evenementen. In ons huis was Verve Music Group gehuisvest. De gunstige ligging van ons huis aan de rand van het Boheemse Paradijs biedt u maximaal comfort tijdens zakenreizen, maar kan ook worden gebruikt voor recreatie. Exploitatie van het restaurant met een capaciteit van 60 zitplaatsen, een scala aan warme en koude gerechten in de stijl van de internationale keuken. Mogelijkheid om te gebruiken voor zakelijke en privé-evenementen zoals bruiloften, recepties, bedrijfsfeesten.
