Chateau de Siran is een charmant hotel aan de oevers van de Aude en Herault in het hart van Minervois in het regionale park van Haut Languedoc. Gelegen in de driehoek van Carcassonne, Narbonne en Beziers, ligt het kleine dorpje Siran in het hart van de wijngaarden en dorpen omringd door Zuid-Olonzac, Aigne, Minerva, Homps, Lezignan-Corbières enz. Bijzondere aandacht is besteed aan de kamers en suites van het Chateau de Siran. Allemaal anders, allemaal ruim en licht. Sommige met fresco's in de stijl van Toscaanse schilderijen, andere met hun spectaculaire lichtspel van veelkleurige LED of hun staf in enscenering.
