Hartlip Place is een mooi Georgiaans huis, gebouwd in 1812 door William Bland. Het heeft een authentieke, familiale sfeer en biedt een oase van rust en comfort. Het huis ligt op het zuiden, weg van de laan om een sfeer van rust en afzondering te creëren. Het ligt te midden van vier hectare aan tuinen en bossen, waaronder een 'geheime' rozentuin en twee siervijvers. De Four Poster Room kijkt uit op de voortuinen en heeft een prachtig hemelbed. Het is sinds 1989 een locatie voor burgerlijke plechtigheden en is er ook trots op dat er in 2006 een van de eerste burgerlijke partnerschapsceremonies werd gehouden. Kleine recepties — 20 personen voor een sit-down maaltijd of maximaal 60 personen voor drankjes en canapés — kunnen in het huis worden gehouden.
