Tankardstown House is echt een bijzondere plek om te verblijven, op 5 km van het dorp Slane, Co. Meath in het hart van de Boyne Valley. Een lindelaan vormt een kader voor het middelpunt van dit 80 hectare grote landgoed met binnenplaatsen, ommuurde tuinen, park en bos, Tankardstown House. Een prachtig gerestaureerd 18e-eeuws landhuis, compleet met ontvangstkamers vol originele elementen en luxe meubilair. Tankardstown House heeft 18 kamers. Elke suite heeft zijn eigen gemakkelijke zit- en keukengedeelte beneden en komt uit op de binnenplaats die direct naar de ommuurde tuin leidt. Tankardstown House verwelkomt bruiloften, conferenties en evenementen. The Garden Village, bestaande uit 3 eetgelegenheden voor zowel bewoners als niet-bewoners, bevindt zich op de hoge ommuurde binnenplaats aan de achterzijde van het huis. Buiten eten op het terras en rond de fonteinen die beschikbaar zijn als het weer het toelaat.
