First Hotel Statt ligt in het hart van Soderhamn en is sinds 1880 het meest illustere hotel van de stad. De klassiek ingerichte kamers bieden uitzicht op het stadhuisplein. De conferentiefaciliteiten zijn volledig voorzien van airconditioning en bieden plaats aan 400 deelnemers en er worden activiteitenprogramma's aangeboden voor conferentiedeelnemers.
