Het Saracens Head Hotel is een historisch hotel dat door een familie wordt beheerd in het hart van Southwell, Nottinghamshire. Vanaf april 2011 heeft het hotel een uitgebreide renovatie ondergaan die alle openbare ruimtes en slaapkamers omvat. Het hotel beschikt over 27 kamers met eigen badkamer, waarvan in één van de beroemdste kamers koning Charles I was ondergebracht de avond voordat hij zich tijdens de burgeroorlog overgaf aan de Schotse commissarissen. Het hotel biedt twee conferentiesuites, beide met gratis internettoegang. De eerste is de Bramley Room, die comfortabel plaats biedt aan maximaal 16 deelnemers. Onze andere conferentiezaal is de Minster Suite. Dit is een veel grotere conferentieruimte die plaats biedt aan maximaal 100 deelnemers.
