Elaia Garden Hotel is een modern hotel gebouwd met respect voor de omgeving en volgt de regels van de modernste stijl van de bio-architectuur. Omringd door een groene olijfboomgaard in de nieuwe woonwijk Sperlonga, krijgt het gebouw een prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels van Aurunci vanuit het betoverende middeleeuwse oude dorp Sperlonga, via het voorgebergte van Circeo en het eiland Arcipelago Pontino. De middeleeuwse, onheilige kerk „Sanctae Mariae De Spelonche”, gebouwd in het dorp, is onlangs gerenoveerd om zakelijke en exclusieve evenementen te huisvesten.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.
