Tot de gratis voorzieningen behoren onbeperkt WiFi, mineraalwater en koffie- en theefaciliteiten, allemaal in een elegant ontworpen interieur gericht op ontspanning en comfort. Het hotel voltooide in maart 2025 een investering van £16 miljoen in alle hotelkamers.
