San Sebastian Winery, opgericht in 1996, is gevestigd op 157 King Street, St. Augustine, Florida in een van de oude East Coast Railway-gebouwen van Henry Flagler, op slechts een paar blokken van het historische centrum. Volgens historici is dit gebied de geboorteplaats van Amerikaanse wijn, die dateert uit 1562. Tegenwoordig is San Sebastian een van de beste wijnhuizen van Florida en blijft het een pionier in de ontwikkeling van tafel-, mousserende en dessertwijnen op basis van hybride druiven en muscadinedruiven.
