Het hotel beschikt over 697 kamers en suites verdeeld over 40 verdiepingen, waardoor het zeer geschikt is voor grote residentiële evenementen. Het hotel beschikt over een speciaal conferentiecentrum van in totaal 10.000 m² (ongeveer 107.640 m²), dat een breed scala aan flexibele evenementenruimtes biedt: Hoofdplenaire zaal: 1.180 m² (ongeveer 12.700 m²) met een plafondhoogte van 8 meter, geschikt voor maximaal 1.180 deelnemers in theateropstelling. Subplenaire ruimte (1e verdieping): 539 m² (ongeveer 5800 m²), geschikt voor maximaal 480 deelnemers in theateropstelling. Vergaderzalen: 16 vergaderzalen, waarvan 14 op de eerste verdieping van het conferentiecentrum, die elk profiteren van natuurlijk daglicht en ideaal zijn voor breakout-sessies, workshops en parallelle vergaderingen. Het H4 Wyndham Paris Pleyel combineert capaciteit, toegankelijkheid en operationele efficiëntie om te voldoen aan de vereisten van internationale evenementen.
