Hotel-Theresientor Straubing ligt direct aan het stadsplein van Straubing, dicht bij de voetgangerszone. Alle winkelvoorzieningen en bezienswaardigheden zijn gemakkelijk te bereiken met slechts een paar minuten lopen. Het centraal gelegen huis is heel anders: aan de buitenkant wordt u verwelkomd door een ongewone architectuur te midden van een middeleeuwse sfeer, terwijl u binnen bij elke stap of bocht wordt vergezeld door harmonie en comfort. Het hotel beschikt over 43 goed ingerichte kamers die een comfortabel verblijf bieden. De gasten kunnen hun individuele conferentie organiseren die de hele dag duurt in het nabijgelegen restaurant „Zum Geiss” voor maximaal 50 personen. De conferentieruimte in het hotel biedt plaats aan maximaal 30 personen voor een conferentie van een halve dag. Deze zalen zijn beschikbaar voor allerlei soorten vergaderingen, toespraken, productpresentaties of farmaceutische evenementen. Het hotel organiseert ook familiefeesten, verjaardagsfeestjes of bruiloften in het prachtige pand.
